Cancelations

You may cancel subscriptions at any time. However, you will continue to receive a box for each month that has been paid or prepaid.

Skipping

If you do not wish to receive a box for whatever reason, you can skip a month instead of canceling. This is done through your Account page on Cratejoy.

Refund Policy

At Blue Tome we understand that unavoidable situations sometimes arise and we will make every effort to work with you on a request for refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, refunds are not usually provided. These will be handled on a case by case basis. To better understand our policies, please read below.

Reasons for requesting a refund:

  • Refunds for errors on the part of the buyer will not be considered.
  • Refunds due to Box Crossover* will not be considered.
  • Refunds for post office mishandling will not be considered.

*Blue Tome is one of many YA themed subscription boxes. Crossover occurs when another subscription box (other than Blue Tome) unintentionally plans and procures the same book for that month. Most of the time the book is the same but the items vary by box. Our promise to our subscribers is a newly released YA Fantasy or Sci-Fi book, therefore, crossover is inevitable.

Refund Requests

If you wish to be refunded for a subscription you must submit a request in writing through Cratejoy’s “Contact Seller” option. Please note that this does not guarantee you a refund, however, we will review and determine if a refund should be issued. You may also submit a request through our contact page.

Refund requests must be received by the 5th of each month to cancel a shipment for that month. For example, if you request a refund on August 5th , you will not receive the August shipment (scheduled to go out during the first week of September) if it is deemed a refund should be issued.

August 31st – Last day to order August box

September 1st – September 10, 2017 – Blue Tome ships August boxes

September 5th – last day to submit a refund request for September Box

September 30th – last day to order September box

October 1st – October 10th – Blue Tome ships September boxes

October 5th – last day to submit a refund request for October box

October 31st – last day to order October box

November 1st – November 10th – Blue Tome ships August boxes

November 5th – last day to submit a refund request for November box

November 30th – last day to order November box

December 1st – December 10th – Blue Tome ships November boxes

December 5th – last day to submit a refund request for December box

December 31st – last day to order December box

NON – Subscription Order Schedule

You can now order Previous Boxes and Mystery Boxes straight from our site! Since these are NON-Subscription (or regular) orders they will process and ship within 7 – 10 business days, if not sooner. Please note that these are non-refundable.
